"This emergency room has got to be the most INEFFICIENT EMERGENCY ROOM here in the Valley. If you dont have a pain tollerance and patience of a tree stump DONT GO HERE! You'd better be off going to a Sacramento Hospital because by the time they attend to you, it would be hours! THIS HOSPITAL AND ITS STAFF IS A JOKE."
"Worst hospital ever they discriminate and made u wait 5 hrs in emergency room and still nothing I left couldn't handle pain and went to Tarzana providence which took me serious and only waited for 3mins the sepulveda presbyterian staff are trash straight up f them"
"I'm not going anywhere else, the waiting time was decent and staff look like they care unlike Providence"
"In 2016 very painful, hospital director staff, already forgot her name, Veronica maybe, she ran a great hospital. Went to 3 different hospitals for help and all I got was pain killers then sent home, I won't say the names, but Presbyterian did take care of me ofcourse not right away because it was the emergency room and it was full when I got there. I was just waiting for a room/ bed. Then the emergency room became empty right away, I was still waiting for a bed, just in time. Staff was great, hospital director made sure I got all the doctors I needed for my heart, lungs, and best of all, cancer. They found cancer , Nonhodgkins Lymphoma. I was being observed 24 hours a day, was there for a long time. When my lungs got full of fluid, staff took me to ICU and was able to breathe after. LOVE YOU Presbyterian Director and beautiful staff, thank you and God for my life."
"Feeling dismissed and minimized by the doctors. Just because I come with mild symptoms does not mean I don't have something. A person knows their own bodies. Trust me I don't want to be here anymore than you do."
