"Don't go to this hospital, the nurses who ask you the first questions are eager for men and will ask you questions that embarrass you, I had to leave the room because it wouldn't stop Asking me questions about my private life, then while I was signing up I said that I would record with my cell phone the security took the phone away from me and pushed me with his other hand, I made a Report to the police for assault, I post the photo of the security who pushed me. The manager who worked there was good at talking to me but she didn't know how to handle the situation, this was an assault dear manager in the United States it's a crime, see you in court."

"We had an incredible experience at Kaiser West LA welcoming our first child. The staff was so respectful of our birth plan and did everything in their power to make it a reality. We were so impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff in Labor and Delivery. If we were to do it all over again, we would chose Kaiser West LA in a heartbeat."

"I got there on time but parking in the structure took a long time due to people going 2 miles/hour and blocking the way. When I checked in they said I made it by two minutes. When I saw the nurse she said it was too late and the doctor couldn't see me. She offered another appointment in exactly one month. I drove all the way there for nothing. Just Kaiser for you. If you can, get a different healthcare provider. That's what I'm doing."

"I am extremely grateful for the amazing, talented people who work at this Kaiser. A close family member of mine recently fell and fractured a right knee, necessitating a visit to the ER. Lisa at check-in and Vanessa at Triage were particularly kind and comforting given the situation and level of pain my family member was in. The pain level was so high that my family member could not stand for x-rays, and Israel and Tomas expertly assisted my family member to lay down so that all necessary x-rays (angles) were taken to ensure accurate diagnosis. Israel and Tomas treated my family member as they would their own - this touched me deeply. Dr. Yeghiazarian had excellent bedside manner, she was sharp and sympathetic, and quickly diagnosed the situation and implemented a plan of action. Manuel perfectly fitted my family member with a knee immobilizer, Kirk, the case manager ordered a walker, and Ashra and Ellie assisted with discharge. Jesus was also comforting and graciously helped with the door upon entrance and exit. Debbie at the pharmacy was quick and kind, and Kesha at Security was super helpful with quickly checking in and out the wheelchair. Thank you all for helping to make a difficult situation navigable and manageable, with your immense kindness, valuable experience and team effort."
