"Dr.Derderian and nurses were great. A couple of the receptionist not so much. One was bothered that i called after my wife. She wasn’t resolving the problem and it was in my best interest. Also wasn’t sure why they couldn’t acquire the information needed to help when most of it was on the discharge packet. After everything I’m still grateful to have been attended to by a compassionate group. Thank you guys"

"Not sure if your calls are recorded, but if they are I called in at 8:42 on February 14th and pressed ‘0’. The person that answered I believe identified herself as being the operator for the ER. Whomever she was needs to seriously consider a new profession. She was incredibly uncompassionate, rude and down right unprofessional."

"When I arrived to the ER I knew something was off and wrong especially having uncomfortable lower abnormal pain. Once inside a brunette female doctor asked me, "why are you here?" I explained, and gave me rude attitude asking why I didn't take something for the pain. It was excruciating pain that I know for a fact Tylenol wouldn't help. Rolled her eyes at me as if I was wasting her time. Turns out I had appendicitis, got my appendix removed. Got sent to the second floor for surgery and it was a whole different environment upstairs, loved the way they treated me, very respectful, honest, very caring."

"Horrable experience I wait 2 hours in the watting room at 4 am because they had no Drs in the ER I was was just concerned because I had the flu. And woke up with rib pressure thought I should get it checked out A nurse practitioner named Meghan was wounderful then this Dr came in was very abrupt hammering questions at me I felt was trying to scare me into procedures that were over kill I opted to walk it I personally feel this doctor was wanting procedures done for the hospitals financial gain not for my health"
