"I booked a consultation for my mom who needs dental implants. We decided to go with an oral surgeon and have been comparing rates and gathering opinions due to needing bone grafting. I sent in the X-rays and they told me they would have to book us out further to get a translator for the appointment even though I told them I was more than capable. Come the day of the appointment; they don’t even mention a translator or care for one. Not sure what the hassle was to start with. Then, he tells us he can’t give us a treatment plan because he doesn’t have a CT scan of her teeth. I’m not sure why they didn’t call and ask for further imaging when he initially reviewed the X-rays before the appointment. Waste of time. By the time we send in the CT scans, he calls me and lets me know she’s not a good candidate for implants and if we should cancel upcoming appointments. No discussion of alternative treatment plans or anything. He seemed like he was unsure of his own capabilities to perform the surgery. 0/10 experience."

"Overall I thought my procedure went very well. They were very professional and the work they did for me, my daughter and my son (previously) went as planned and easier than expected. I was surprised each time how quickly the recovery went but it was never inappropriately fast. Everything from the IV insertion to the aftercare instructions was well thought-out and easy to follow. When I had questions prior to the procedure, it sometimes took a little while to get the right person on the phone. But it wasn’t a big barrier."
