"I had an emergency situation and I started searching for a dentist that can help me. I came across Dentists of Woodbury and read all of the reviews. My decision was made for me! Immediately upon entering the building you are treated with such kindness. Jess greeted me with the most reasuring smile. I saw Dr. Waite who was amazing! So kind and non judgmental and funny! All of the staff worked together collectively, it was very cool to see. I was feeling nervous about the situation but Dr. Waite and the team quickly made that go away. For the first time in my life, I left the dentist smiling and happy."

"Staff are great and easy to talk to. Wait time was not long. Dr. Waite is awesome, he's talkative, friendly and genuinely cared about my dental concerns."

"I've been going to this dental clinic for several years. I've had multiple appointments get canceled by THEM without any warning or notice. Every time it's happened, I wasn't informed until I showed up for the appointment. It happened again today and this was the last straw. My appointment for 4:00 PM was mysteriously canceled without my knowledge. They claim that they received a reply to their apppintment reminder email from me to cancel it. No one else has access to my email and the appointment reminder email is still unopened in my inbox, even at this very moment. It gets better. They claim that they received this email reply at 10:42 AM (again, I've never even opened their reminder email). But then at 2:01 PM, I received a text message reminding me about the appointment. So to my knowledge, the appointment was still on. When I arrive, 15 minutes early, no one is at the desk. Just a sign that says take a seat until they return. I sit there and wait for the entire 15 minutes, right up until appointment time, when someone finally comes to the desk. Just to be told that my appointment was magically canceled. I never even received a notice or "confirmation" for apparently canceling it. It gets EVEN better. This place is managed so poorly, it's laughable. When I asked if they could still squeeze me in anyway, I was told "normally we would, but we don't have enough clean tools available because our cleaning machine broke". How the heck does a dental clinic not have enough clean tools on the ready?! A bunch of incapable fools."

"I had not been to a Dentist since I moved to Minnesota a year ago. I was nervous to go in. This Dentist office was clean, friendly and non-judgmental. The woman at the front desk when went in for my appointment was so helpful and nice. She even helped me with my insurance questions. I asked her what her name was as I like to remember helpful people. She said her name was Jessica. She apologized as I had to wait a little as they are so busy. I know busy means they provide good service. I will be back and I will share with my friends this great dentist office."

"I have been going here since they opened. Dr Waite has done quite a a few fillings and a crown. Not a single problem. It’s tough to find a good dentist these days. I think this is one of them. I will continue to go and recommend this place."
