"I just wanted to give a shout out to Ariana at Smiles dentistry for absolutely going above and beyond. I asked their office to transfer my records (something I should have done weeks prior or at least days)the same day of my appointment and she emailed me everything personally within the hour. Really amazing because I could tell on the phone she was already busy but she kept such a wonderful disposition about the whole thing and was so helpful. Thank you!"

"All the dentists and hygienists do a fantastic job. Dr. Bomm did a great job on fillings, crowns, and inlays and was very kind. Mauri is also a fantastic part of their team, very personable and friendly and explains what she is doing throughout the service. My only issue is with billing. They rush through explaining costs, always require a $100 deposit, if you cancel you get another $100 charge. Whenever I come in for service I always end up paying more than I was quoted prior. I asked for clarification on explaining my bill to me and the person I spoke to seemed annoyed that I was asking them to explain this to me. I will only come back here for an annual visit from here on out so they will honor the 5 year warranty on my crowns."

"The women that did my deep cleaning was good! Polite, empathic and she did a good job. Clinic was clean and updated. Customer service at front deck not good - every time I went to get service it was an issue. Each time I went the out of pocket price kept changing. Service is to the point where after this service I’m going to another clinic. Communication was not very good. I asked for payment plans I had to pay 80% of the service balance before setting up payment plans. Just too much dealing with receptionist/ front desk staff."

"Outstanding experiences always! The staff is friendly and provide easy to understand care with the goal of keeping me healthy. They offer financing options and care plans for those of us who do not have the luxury of dental insurance. I used to fear the dentist and this compounded my treatment needs, this was not a problem and I have never felt shamed or scolded. That sort of approach has never been a motivator for me and the straightforward explanations and options they respectfully offer is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Woodbury Smiles to anyone!"
