"This place was perfect and our host Linda was so kind and accommodating. Gave us great tips on where to go, best times to do it and more for our first visit to SD. We had a spacious suite that was beautifully decorated, and had all the things we needed for a great visit. The place is perfectly located as well. Easy to walk to Petco Park, Balboa Park, all over downtown and Gaslamp Quarter and the Coronado Ferry. Excellent restaurants nearby. If I could give 10 stars, I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"I adore this place utterly. Everything is classy. Things are in its proper place making your stay relaxing; it is charming and lovely. Small touches throughout the department give you a peaceful feeling. An absolutely comfortable bed, luxury bed sheets and towels, a fantastic bathroom, and a cozy kitchen equipped with all the tools needed for cooking. A grocery store is a block away. Restaurants and pharmacies are close by. It is very convenient to go to the Convention Center, which is about 12 minutes walk away. I was in an apartment facing the street and I have very sensitive hearing, the windows effectively blocked the noise, so I was not bothered in the slightest. There are apartments in the back of the place, where I wish to go on my next visit, that have a beautiful patio with flowers and a table under an umbrella. Briefly, I loved the place, I had a great time, I will return without doubt, and I recommend it 100%. Finally, but not least, Linda is lovely and very attentive to your needs."

"Linda is a lovely host who is super accommodating and so fantastic! She even helped us get our bags to our car! Everything is super clear, check-in instructions and parking instructions were unmistakable. Her space is so cute and cozy, the perfect size and space for our weekend getaway and it smelled so fantastic the entire time! This spot is literally so central to the convention center, restaurants, bars, without being in the thick of things. I cannot recommend this spot enough! Will definitely see you again!"

"Love this place! We came to San Diego from the San Francisco Bay Area to attend a Padres game and wanted to be within walking distance of Petco Park. Linda, the owner, remodeler, designer, and host didn’t miss a detail to make this once dilapidated building a warm, inviting and fun place to enjoy a ball game, the Gaslight district or the beach. It is within walking distance of Petco Park, the city metro system and Gaslight, but still clean and quiet amazingly enough! I took advantage of the off-site garaged parking (only across the street and steps away) and felt safe. I’ve already talked up this cozy craftsman to my friends! I highly recommend it! "Fantastic place to stay in San Diego. Very comfortable with great amenities. It’s very well located and within walking distance of the Gas Lamp area and the water front.
