"I bought a pair of boots a year and a half ago with the boas cable laces. They've been a decent pair of boots. However, the service at this store is not good. I went in with a broken cable lace and was told that it would be 7 to 10 days before I could get a new one. So unlike every other pair of boots I couldn't just go to a store and get one. I had to wait then they tried to charge me for it when I came in to get it. It's a lifetime warranty. They told me they would call me back when it got in there. I had to call them and then was told by the manager that I had to wait for a specific employee to be there in order for me to get it and they told me they would call me when he got there and they never did I guess I just feel like $250 should buy me better service than that."
