"If you want the bare minimum they are really good at it. I had longer hair once upon a time and I asked the hair dresser to braid it for me when she was done. She was a little hesitant but started to do it. Her co worker (maybe manager?) came up and said “we don’t do braiding” and walked away. So my hair stylist undid what she had done and shrugged. I’m bummed I couldn’t get my hair braided for my sister’s wedding but luckily I went to another place that trimmed up my beard and braided my hair for me. Everyone was super nice! But I realized then that I needed a place who cared for what I really wanted and wasn’t afraid to try something new."

"Like so many places these days, reservations are online. But You can also reserve in person. If you go in early, you can make a reservation before the online system does. Good stylists, but understaffed. End of June 2022 we went in first thing to get 2 haircuts and there was a line at the door but only 1 stylist instead of the usual 2-3. The solo stylist was apologetic, but we had to wait 40 and 60 minutes for a cut."
