He didn’t give us any time to explain and it seemed like he just wanted us out of there with an explanation totally contrary to what the symptoms were."

"My job made an appointment for me to get fitted for a respirator. I got there on time just to have to wait to be seen. An hour and a half have gone by and I'm still waiting. Why make an appointment if we're just going to be waiting. There was a lady scheduled 30 minutes later than me and they took care of her first. Work on your scheduling and you won't have this issue."

"Had a eye work injury, I was in the waiting room for over 2 hours. Saw me and released me with a follow up appointment the next day. Appointment was at 11:45 am. Yesterday and today all you hear them say is they're back tracked or behind. Was put in a room finally 1hour in a half after my appointment. And yet I'm still waiting for the doctor 40 more min. And all you hear is the doctors and nurses gossiping and laughing instead of working diligently. After a total of 2 hours and 25min a im out."

"I came in to be seen at 5:15 (they close at 6) and they refused to see me——- there were only (2) people in the waiting room…..! They said they were backed up and I said no one is here? I said it’s not like you are closing in 5 minutes- it’s 45 minutes away from closing-? Also I’m not here for a burger- I’m injured! No, no and no they absolutely refused to have me seen. They wanted to leave early on Friday night. Knew there was no hope when a poor mother walking carrying her sobbing toddler and said she thought she had an ear infection. They refused her too! At that point I gave up cuz if they aren’t gonna do their job for a small child in pain they certainly won’t for me! Awful awful. They simply do not care"
