"I took my teenage daughter here last night. It was our first visit but have heard from other friends how good this salon was. I called on a Monday and was able to get an evening appt a few days later. Chloe cut and styled her hair. This was by far the best haircut she had ever gotten and the price for a teenage haircut was very reasonable. I highly recommend Chloe! We will be back. I usually take my girls to Ecco salon in Verona or Fitchburg but it usually takes forever to get an evening appt and the quality of the cut and styled at Duncan Edward was a million times better."

"I've been meaning to share this review for a long, long time!! Several years ago, I was going to a salon where my results were at best inconsistant and honestly unpredictable. I'd go home upset most every time as the owner would have his "assistants" working on my hair while I was paying for his expertise. I finally had enough and searched for a new salon. I landed at Duncan Edwards with Katelin as my stylist and I have never looked back! Katelin is the nicest, down to earth, talented stylist that I have ever known and I am picky, picky, picky! I look forward to every visit and consider her a true friend. We talk about the challenges with my hair as I age (ugh - middle age is the worst!), and she is always willing to change things up so that I always leave feeling good about myself. In addition, the family vibe there is so refreshing. Sometimes salons have that unconfortable "snooty" feeling, and Duncan Edwards is the exact opposite of that and it starts when right when you arrive and see Jen at the desk. It's very much a family friendly salon too. One of my daughter's had over 12 inches cut off as a teenager and Aaron was wonderful with her! She donated it and has maintained her short cut since. I never feel pressure to buy product, and have been so pleased to recently have the opportunity to buy the exclusive Hairbeauron Bioprogramming devices at Duncan Edwards. I no longer have to use chemicals to straighten my hair, which was becoming more important to me as I age. Do not hesitate to visit the Duncan Edwards salon. There is still wonderful customer service out there - I promise you won't be dissapointed!"

"I went to Duncan Edwards for the first time to get my hair colored a strawberry blonde color with Rob. The first time he did it I loved it but I realized I wanted it to be a bit more of a lighter blonde. So I went back a few days later asking if he could make it a bit lighter and he did an AMAZING job. So friendly there and Rob really knows what he is doing. Will definitely be going back!"
