"Montage Group at Ryan Ranch is another mismanaged medical clinic operated by Montage Healthcare. This location has terrible customer service and the staff at the check-in desk are not very friendly and definitely not helpful. Scheduled appointments often tend to run behind the scheduled appointment time often up to an hour or more late. No apologies are given and I noticed that the doctor will try to rush the appointment to get rid of you quickly. Scheduling visits with my provider's was very difficult and oftentimes appointments were scheduled weeks away. The office manager here at this location is very rude bordering on hostile. I also believe that she may have some racial prejudice because of how she reacts and speaks. Montage Ryan Ranch is definitely another horribly run medical office operated by Montage Healthcare Services that needs better management as well as retraining the staff at the front desk. This is another Montage group that I personally recommend avoiding if you want to avoid horrible medical care."

"Drs all late, sometimes 1 hour or more and they won’t bother to give you a call or send a text message about it so you don’t have to wait in the lobby. Billing department is a mess, charging you for things that they shouldn’t be. You have to call to be fixed. Responses on mychart are poor. Sometimes they forget to respond to your messages. Don’t you guys have a program manager or something?!"

"Waited 6 months for a new patient appointment. Dr Meckel asked background questions, was afraid to touch me, recommended a procedure that he admitted was unnecessary but ticked off a box. I tried to ask questions about personal health concerns and he dismissed me stating that I needed to make another appointment if I needed more time. No appointments available for 2 months. I am now panicked about my future health. He spoke to me as if I were a child, left me feeling unsettled."
