"My father was admitted for a stroke and has been in the ER for a day and a half and they can't find a room for him and no one is giving us information on his care. For being the number one hospital in Sacramento this doesn't reflect that rating. Also when my mom went to visit my daddy, she stood bedside I'm the ER for two hours got tired of standing and had to sit on the floor. No one offered her a chair. Terrible service very disappointed"

"I would give 5 stars, but this is my second time being admitted in yr and both times was a negative experience. The nurses don't listen to the patients and there's lack of communication between the nurses and patients. And a couple of the nurses have bad attitudes. I just got three and a half of my parathyroids removed I don't need this. Great transplant team though."

"So I had an experience with a nurse named Christy, who told me to make an unhealthy choice, her code of ethics and conduct compromises her position as a nurse! I was neither given my medication but I was also left alone for some time there are beautiful nurses here but her code of conduct and tonality shows that she doesn't need to work in this field with that behavior. I am under the impression that nothing is going to happen to this woman, and that they also allow this behavior because she was too upfront and comfortable with giving unethical advice knowing a patient is sick and treating me like that, all the time I was on the phone with someone and that person could hear her the entire time. "My father was in their care sent out of the hospital. Still infection nurses not calling back Information given out to a caregiver that we don’t even know rather his family that was on his medical information for release, and to be contacted caregiver was told that he died and the excuse was they thought it was his brother. came down to the hospital myself after my father‘s death and asked for his records. Still no help nothing but a cover-up. Thank God I have video of the scars of the nurse walking into the room and popping a bad purposely knowing that y’all gave them so many drugs and they call it delusion or the nurse had called me hospital or something I would have to go through my records but don’t need to lie . then put it on the facility right across the street from the hospital bacteria fungus he had just had surgery on his back on his spine. I flew down more than several times I do have that on record."

"Exemplary staff and wonderful nurses in the ICU BURN center and Elva at the front door is very helpful and sweet."
