"Oh my goodness, what an awful experience!! Such a hack job for both my gel pedi and artifical nail mani. 2 of my nails are a different color because the nail tech used a base coat on top rather than a clear. I usually do my own gel nails at home but I decided to splurge for my birthday. I would never go here again. The nail tech knew it looked bad and still continued. Not only is the color different on 2 nails, she got clear gel all over my skin and it looks some of the nails were chewed on. I'm so unhappy with how these turned out. The only acceptable option here is a refund and some additional training for the staff."

And they're fast but you never feel rushed at all! Thank you again!!! I really like the color but for the price they aren't very good. They look quite chunky and some aren't smooth. I know that is the normal price for nails these days but the quality is really lacking. I won't be back."
