Gossip Nails

"I called gossip nails to schedule an appointment to get my acrylic nails removed so I could switch to dip powder and my boyfriend wanted a manicure. I made sure several times that the lady on the phone knew I had acrylic on and she said yes. She also kept saying pedicure and I said manicure several times and she confirmed at the end of the call manicure. So we show up for our appointment and they are setting up for a pedicure so I tell them again a manicure, which they did so that was fine. Then once it was time for my nails the lady is shocked I have acrylic on and proceeds to use a tip to remove my nails rather than soaking them off, which hurts. She was pretty rude and seemed annoyed to have to remove the acrylic nails, which I get because it takes time, but I had mentioned that it would need to be done several times over the phone. Ultimately she did good job on my nails I’m just upset about the constant miscommunication, the attitude about something I communicated several times and the fact that she didn’t just soak my nails off instead of basically tearing them off."

"I got acrylics for the first time a few days ago and it was such an enjoyable experience. I was able to call the day beforehand and book an appointment with no problem. I was seated immediately and my nail stylist got to work and did such an amazing job! They even grabbed a chair for my mom to sit next to me right as I sat down. He understood what shape and length I wanted right away and did my nails just like how I wanted. He was super kind and let me record his hands working without being bothered at all (I really appreciate that because most people have an attitude about it). The vibes in there were perfect and everybody was so nice and respectful. Definitely will be going back!!"
