"Typically when I go to Lexi Nails I have no issues but today I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and based off this visit, I probably will not be returning. I called at 2:13 and asked if they had time to remove my nails to which the lady responded they could do it at 3:30. I got there and it was packed. The man asked me what I needed and I told him I had called earlier to confirm they had time to remove my nails and how the lady told me I could come at 3:30. He told me it’d just be a minute and about 10-15 minutes later he finally got to me. When he got to me he didn’t soak my nails or anything. He just started to pick at them and remove them with an acrylic tip. While doing so, he made three of my nails bleed as they were ripped from my nail bed because of how fast and careless he was at removing them. He also didn’t apply any nail treatment oil when he finished as other places have done so in my past. I understand it’s only $10 compared to the $50+ they could be making from doing nails, but don’t offer a service if you’re not going to treat all customers alike. It was a nightmarish experience and nobody should ever have to go through this."
