"Purchased an Audi from here 18mo the ago was told there was a new motor so thought I was getting a reliable car. Well this is my Sunday car only put maybe 1200 miles on it since purchase. Fast forward a couple of months the heat in the rear wasn’t working nor was the heat in the seats. The extended warranty I purchased covered a portion of it when I was told it was a full warranty only 300 deductible. Couple months later another electric problem the side mirror failed and again only a portion of that was covered. Fast forward 2 months the car started driving horrible brought it in and was told initially it was a certain part ,that was fixed and received a call that, that wasn’t the problem and needed additional diagnostic time and I need to approve 8 additional hours as warranty doesn’t cover diagnostic. After weeks went by no return call after several calls to them. Finally, when I did get a call back it wasn’t with a solution but we really don’t know what is wrong with the car. WHAT!!! Then the service advisor said I need to talk to the tech working on you car to get an update I’ll call you back. Well days to week and a half goes by still nothing finally after leaving a message on a different department and complaining I get a call to only tell me that they needed me to approve a 14k service bill due to taking my car apart for them to get visual proof of the electric failure so the warranty company can see if they will fix my car. Electric failure was all showing with the several codes on my computer isn’t that visual enough??? Also electronic failure usually isn’t visual. They had my car for 8 weeks still not repaired picked up car took to my mechanic who only works on imports he looked it over and said there is no way the motor is a new . The motor looks like it was taken from another vehicle and put in the car and on the carfax it says new motor placed. The only new part seems to be the starter. They sold me this warranty and said it was their best one (JOKE) so after all this several weeks and hours of my time reaching out never once were they the ones to reach out and say hey so we have this going on with your car nope it was me calling and asking for update and when I was able to speak with my service guy same story just different words every time. They sell you the car, they sell you the warranty but when failure happens they point fingers both the warranty company said it’s the dealership and the dealership says it’s the warranty company. Never in my life have I felt take. Advantage of but if this dealership and warranty company is good for anything it’s that. So run as fast as you can from this place. I will never recommend them to anyone."
"Upon arriving, the service guy met me at my vehicle. checked me in and JORDAN BOYEA, took care of me. He then came to give me the results of my vehicle inspection and after I left, he contacted me via email to make sure everything was OK. Friendly service and affordable prices."
"Worst dealership ever. I contacted Kyle the service advisor to drop off my car for service and to check something else, meaning that my car would have to stay for couple of day. My car is 2020 and still under warranty that I bought from this dealership. I asked for a loaner and was told "You don't qualify" because factory warranty has ended and now I'm under extended warranty. What a terrible customer service. Please save yourself the time and headache and find a different dealership thaf is honest and values its customers. 5 starts ratings here are obviously fake. Even employees at this dealership are so unhappy that they literally harass you to give them a good review! That tells you how bad management is."
"This is for AUDI Services: I really did not feel heard or appreciated. My money went down the drain because I didn't get what I wanted. I mentioned multiple time what I needed and didn't get what I was promised. Even after having my car for 6+ Hours. This is the first time this happened. Honestly felt like I was judged by my looks because this never happened before. I am a black lady that did not dress up because I had a busy day. Also when I was trying to book my complementary ride back to the dealership my calls were being avoided (when I called from a different number they answered right away) which made me hade to find a new ride and I was late picking up my daughter from school. Once I finally got there they tried to make me sign a paper stating that I received a service I never got! Refusing to give me my keys. Even after telling them my daughter was waiting for me."
