"Buyer beware! I took my car in bc of the front was shaking. These people told me I need a total suspension replacement. My dad who is a mechanic who is unable to physically work on cars looked at it and said no way. Let’s take it some where else come to find out I only needed an alignment. So please don’t go to this place. Based on the reviews they are big into scamming women not knowing we actually have other resources who can give us a second opinion. So your tactics may work with some but not with all."

"These crooks told me I needed $2000 worth of work done on my car. I then took it to TWO other shops who said I DID NOT all that they were saying that needed repair. I have bought tires from this place for several years but I will never set foot in a place that tries to scam their customers. Also reporting this to the BBB, so thanks good year for printing out that paperwork which listed everything you said needs to be repaired."

"The staff was helpful and efficient, and Richard was able to have my vehicle seen quickly when I had a tire emergency with my Jeep. They explained everything so well, and Brian (and his co-worker) made sure my vehicle was safe to drive. So glad this shop is part of our community!"

"Booked an appointment online and when I got there they stated they couldn't work on my car due to not booking online 24 hours in advance. Spoke to the store manager and they got me in right away. Thank you for honoring the appointment online. Goodyear Online needs to get it together so the online service mirrors the store appointments. From what I was told this happens a lot. Very poor online service, I'll will call the store from now on."

"Marshall was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with! 10 stars to him!! I had an emergency tow to Goodyear and he went over in depth what tires would be best for me for comfort weather and all the driving I do! I knew I needed all 4 tires as I got a lot more miles on them then they guaranteed! He helped me get my tires on that day! I do take the extended warranty it has paid for itself in the past I blew a tire and had to get a new one and it was covered also kept getting a low tire and they found a nail in the tire and fixed it for free also so didn't have to come up with extra money at the last minute for repairs!! THANK YOU MARSHALL! APPRECIATED ALL YOUR HELP!! This is now my 3rd set of tires from Goodyear over many many years!!"
