"I called to see about getting my oil changed and tires rotated and my tires filled back up with nitrogen on my minivan. They were very nice on the phone when i made the appointment. This was my first time going to pope auto worx and i will be going back again to this repair shop. They are very nice and very courteous and they even installed my rear wiper blade i had bought free of charge........"

"I brought my car in to get my broken taillight and cover fixed. Everyone at the shop was super helpful,friendly and really accommodating. Great service! I also paid much less than I expected. I had a time constraint and needed my car finished by a certain time today. They called the dealer as soon as they opened, to make sure they could get the part quickly ,and my car finished on time. I will definitely be returning next time I need anything done !"

"Had my front brakes done here a couple years ago, then had a full brake job done on my son's car this past summer. The quality of both the work and service of those two jobs brought me back to have my rear brakes done as well as struts and shocks. Everything was done on time and within the estimate. Did have to add new calipers, but that's not too shocking and I was called first. No surprizes. When one of the new struts tested bad they got me back in quickly to resolve the issue. Communications with with shop are outstanding. Highly recommend this shop!"

"I now have my late father-in-laws vehicle, and he was told by a dealership that he needs his brakes replaced by the next oil change. I brought it to Pope for brakes and an oil change, they checked and called me, said the brakes still had alot of life left in them. They were super nice and gave me a loner for the day!
