"I ordered items for store pick up through their website (on my account). I spoke to a sales rep 10 minutes before they closed (Saturday 12/11) that they would be open on Sunday 12/12 at 11am. I showed up to pick up my order at 11:45am and NO ONE was there. Lights were out, not a soul. I tried calling no answer...I called customer service and they couldn't even reach the district manager. The most they could do was give me a 20% coupon, which is great although I needed the product on Sunday because there will be NO TIME to get done what I need to today. If there was an emergency, I get that but POST SOMETHING ON YOUR DOOR!"
