"So my fiance went to Walgreens on grand Ave in Duluth, we live an hour away, when he returned I noticed I did not have all my prescriptions, so I called Walgreens, I asked the gal who answered the phone if I had another script there, she replied "yes, there is one here for you," I said.. "well that's nice, my fiance was just there and we live an hour away." her response.. Yes.. I said "you guys should pay more attention to this, this isn't the first time." she said "yeah, well we are real busy" I said that's no excuse.. She hung up on me.. So obviously she has zero customer service skills and now even wondering on competency.. I never complain or leave ad reviews, but this rubbed me the wrong way, especially when you have health issues, that's the last thing u want to do is chase prescriptions, when u livean hour away.. I'm seriously thinking on changing pharmacies now. They will lose alot of money with me.... I don't recommend them or use caution when getting your stuff."
