I was introduced to Mix Cosmetiques when a group of friends invited me to a lip balm making workshop led by Lanae, which was really fun and also felt a lot like aroma therapy! Very peaceful. I recently returned because my very dried out, blotchy face was in desperate need of some TLC after a long, bad bout of trying out some new all-natural facial products and exfoliation techniques. Lanae came to the rescue! I have now been using Mix's My Immortelle Facial Oil and Honey Facial Scrub & Mask, and since introducing them into my facial regimen, the results have already been lovely! "Had such an amazing workshop experience! Lanae worked with me to set up a private lip balm workshop for my boyfriend’s birthday (he’s funnily into lip balm). She was insanely knowledgeable, helpful, great at explaining the process, and very thoughtful about sourcing her natural ingredients. We had a blast and came out with 4 or 5 of our very own homemade, custom scented lip balms each. All for a very reasonable price. Would be a really fun girls outing! Can’t wait to come back and get some custom makeup and do the lip gloss bar. It’s such a unique concept and amazing to have something like this in Duluth!"
"I purchased the Chai Latte hydrating hand & body lotion at Duluth Folk School for my daughter while visiting. We are nurses and the hand sanitizer destroys our skin.
