"This is a convenient location in the neighborhood for all mailing and package needs. The lady who was there was kind, gracious and knowledgeable with every customer. Using the Bounce app to drop my luggage at this location was perfect to spend a few hours exploring Balboa Park before my flight. I was confident that my bags would be looked after and safe. The kind lady gave me directions to walk to the beautiful park and asked me how my visit was when I returned to pick up my bags. Plus, the Lyft driver knew exactly where to pick me up since he lives in the neighborhood and it is such a convenient location."
