"Extremely helpful and concerned owner! Spent a good deal of time talking to me about dog and cat food, how to transition them to the recommended food. I'm really excited to try their new food! Right now their new food will be found in the bottom of their respective bowls, with their old food on top, as they transition. But guess what? I just got home and my 2 dogs and cat were so excited by the new bags of food, that I gave them each a little for a snack. OMG , they loved it!! I have a feeling that their transition will go fast, and I'll be giving my neighbor my old bag of food!!"
