Reviews
"I have bought a few items from this place. I agree with reviews and comments that they don't budge on much, if anything. It's understandable that the money goes to building homes but I've seen stuff just sit there and collect dust. If someone offers $300 for something, that is $400 why not take the offer instead of not selling the item at all and have it sit there for another year!"
"Just bought a water collector, took it home to clean and set it up to find out the item that’s meant to retain water and it’s only purpose is to retain water....is completely shattered on the bottom. I’d have to imagine this item was kept in inventory strategically because there’s a no return policy due to the Covid virus. Out $40 never going back, would recommend not purchasing anything from here. They get these items completely free and sell them for a massive profit just to sell broken and unusable items. A joke."
"Overall this place is decent. There isn’t a wide variety to choose from. It’s sad that more people don’t donate to a worthy cause like Habitat for Humanity. If you are trying to furnish a place cheap, you need to stop in. They do have a decent selection of doors and windows. Besides that there isn’t much to choose from for building material."
"I once loved this store but last time I was in I found something I wanted. There was a hold tag but no price so I asked and was told the manager put the item on hold for his dad. No down payment and he didn't even see the item. I would have bought it then and there. Called back a few days later and it's still there on hold for family. Is this someone's private collection or a store trying to make money to build homes? Unfair and wrong."
"We went looking for a door for our 1910 house closet and my wife found a nice used chair as well. We weren't pestered by salesman's but when we had questions they were great. The one didn't have an answered but went out of their way to find out for us. They even loaded it up in our truck. Great place to find habitat items."
