"Unfortunately the staff at this location does not listen very well. I asked for a “Value” item, only to be charged for a regular item, then told I have to wait because I changed the item at the window. Quite a bit different then when I worked at McDonalds years ago when we needed to give service with a smile. Disappointed!! Then I was instructed to pull Ford into a parking stall that you can’t really see the number because it’s covered by a tree but no one at the window is willing to stay there and help give directions."
