Baronet Upholstery

"Disappointed in the service. Had a very simple straight forward job needed done. Just cut 2 pieces from a brand new fabric roll then just sew them together, THAT'S IT...(very simple, would do it myself if had the machine). Owner (Julian) didn't seem to interested in doing this SMALL job and gave me the whole " im to busy right now". I guess if your only look for big jobs, then you just advertise " no small jobs accepted " on your door. Hate to leave bad reviews but actions speak louder then words... Update to owners response: no matter how you try to twist it about being patient. It was a 15 min, max 30 min job and it doesn't take weeks to do this job no matter how busy you say you are. I called several other places shortly after and they all excepted the job (picked 1 and it was done the same day ( that's what you call, " Customer Service ". Dont tell me your the only one busy in San Diego???? It was very obvious you had no interest in helping me or doing this job because it wasn't profitable for you. You shouldn't always think $$$ signs."

"We decided to upholster a Bassett sofa sleeper/sectional after endlessly searching for a replacement but to no avail. I was referred to Baronet Upholstery where I met Julio to discuss details and get a estimate. Fast forward nearly a year after the completion I feel motivated to leave a review. They did the most excellent job with even some custom tweaking making the sectional better than when it was new. I would highly recommend! Reasonably priced with a quality job!"

"I had several very expensive chairs that had belonged to my great grandparents. I took them to Baronet for upholstery due to really good reviews posted on the internet. Needless to say, these chairs were very important to me. Julian did a wonderful job on restoring the chairs to like new condition. As well as reupholstering the fabric he refinished the wood arms and legs. They are now absolutely gorgeous! The work was a little pricey but I definitely got what I paid for. I highly recommend Baronet!!!!"
