They rarely answer the phone, they put you on hold with music forever and then you hear a voice message saying that the person is on the phone and cannot answer so to leave a voicemail and then the voicemail is full and cannot receive any messages. How ridiculous this place is... First: I had such a hard time reaching anyone to schedule an appointment and when I needed to cancel it since I was in major pain and got my MRI done much earlier in ER, I wanted to be courteous and let them know about my appointment cancellation but it took me several days trying to get hold of someone. When I finally got through, The lady who answered was so rude and did not even apologize when I told her I have been trying to reach their office for days and was always put on hold each time and no access to voice mail."

"Instructions stated I need to come one day in advance to pick up the contrast. Once I arrived they said I need to come and drink it 1 hour before my exam, which I understand, but instructions they send over the email were incorrect and I spend 2 hours driving to this location for nothing. Poor experience, terrible business, if you have any other choice - stick with other companies."
