Reviews
"This review is specifically for Prudencia. She was extremely kind, efficient, and gave me a very positive experience. I hope the management team appreciate good employees like her. Thank you, Prudencia!"
"Came in at 4:30pm since they said online they close at 5pm. They then refused to do the test because they said they don't want to do anything past 4:30pm. If they don't accept anyone past 4:30pm, then they should specify they close at 4:30pm, not 5 pm. They also don't accept walk-ins, even though they say they do."
"The office is clean only one problem when I went there only 1 person worked there, so my appointment was $:30am with fasting , but only took blood 8:50am . But the nurse was very nice, this is why I give 4 stars."
"Everything went smoothly, wish parking were easier."
"Quest diagnostics has such an unprofessional, disrespectful, and a very bad attitude for staff members working in the Sherman Oaks office on 9/12/22 took my elderly cousin that is 77 years old with a torn hamstring that can barely walk and is going into surgery and was denied services because she did not have an appointment even though they do, do walk-ins. The patients that did have appointments we're done Now there were no patience in the office except for us 2, we sat in waiting for an hour and a half before the nurse I assume that's what she was and said we would not be seen even though it was 11:30 Am she said that because she had too much work in the back to do. Well just because you have a lot of work to do in the back doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful and honorary and rude to patients slamming doors in their face and yelling at them. The most horrible experience I've ever had in a lab. Quest needs to step up their game with who they hire"
