They easily find my registration papers and documents and don’t give me additional papers to fill out. "The front office should improve customer service. 3 people sitting there with no welcoming. I understand we all have bad days. But when you feel they are making you a favor, I consider this a beyond bad day. I managed well the situation, but there was a old couple, with 3 different referrals where only 1 was good for that facility, the receptionist had doubts about the other 2 referrals, but instead is investigate a little bit more, she said they don’t take this 2 procedures. The old couple asked her twice if she know where they can go for those 2 remaining. She respond NO, twice. She made the minimum effort to help this couple and I know she could do much better to help them. The couple were lost without knowing what to do. She said they need to ask their doctor. I have been in situations like this in other facilities and they had helped me solving the problem, I know she could have helped the couple but she has no intention in be a human being helping this old couple. THE TECHNICIAN WAS WONDERFUL. Thank you"
