"Placed in order for a faux fur ball. The color was out of stock and replaced for white upon request which was rapid response and shipped. The ball however for dimensions was inaccurate according to the website that had a picture for 65cm, description saying “75 inches” instead of cm, and from an email confirming “75cm/29in” is the right size. The ball and cover came and only to find it barely fits at 22inches, is not nearly as soft as in the picture, and shed everywhere. I sent an email to initiate a return 5 days ago and still hear nothing from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY"

"I first experienced a Makymo Chinchilla blanket in May - a family member had purchased one, and I quickly fell head over heels in love. I bought one a few weeks later, and then purchased a bed-size comforter because we love it so much. The chinchilla is so soft I initially thought it was real! Thick pile and - MACHINE WASHABLE! So, amazing product. The customer service is also top notch - When I ordered my comforter I missed a discount code and after reaching out to customer service they credited me for the additional discount, both responding to my email and calling me personally. I will be ordering more from them in the future for sure!"
