"UPDATE: 3/4/24 Have to reduce the amount of stars due to a poor delivery experience. I was informed that the delivery team would be calling me by 6pm on Saturday with an arrival window. The call wasn't made to the phone number I gave the store, but rather to my wife's number which was used for a store purchase 5 years ago. We ended up being stuck with a 7am delivery on a Monday morning. (Work, school, etc. would be impacted) When I attempted to call Sit n Sleep delivery at 6:30PM, they had been closed since 5pm. I attempted to text the number that had called my wife's phone, I was informed that there is no way to push the arrival time out. If the number I gave the store was called, all of this would've likely been avoided. Additionally, the delivery folks left bits of shrink wrap on my porch. ************************************************************* Had a great experience at the Commerce store!
