"I have been trying to schedule an appointment for several days. On some calls, I was told Rolling Oaks doesn't do the procedure that was ordered. On 3 calls, I was offered appointments AFTER the date of surgery, and the doctor needs the results before surgery. Twice, I asked to speak with a supervisor. On one call, I was put on hold over 15 minutes, and no one came in the line. I called again and was told no supervisor was available, but one would call me back within an hour. That did not happen, and my issue is still not resolved. This is highly inefficient and not in the best interests of patients."

"The staff and Equipment was Great! However, They did NOT get authorization from my insurance and I had to pay the Cash Rate of $200 For a Coronary Calcium Score CT Scan. They should have gotten authorization and worked harder.at doing that. They didn’t even call my Doctor.. It looks like they do this A LOT. The patients behind me had to same thing!"

"This is my second time getting an ultrasound with Ellie. She gets 10 starts—She’s friendly, knowledgeable and has great bed-side manners. Parking is relatively easy at this location. Relatively timely. While the facility is great, the scheduling receptionists need some training. The first one tried scheduling me at a different facility and when I asked her to confirm that facility is in network with my new insurance, she said they would look into it and call me back if not. Never got a call back, so I called my insurance to confirm and they said it was not in network, so I ended up canceling the day before. Make sure to stick to a facility you know is in network for you and not rely on what the people scheduling the appointment say. Second time I called to make the appointment at this facility, I was given the wrong suite number. Minor annoyances, but Ellie is worth putting up with them."

"Received a call from Nancy Regan Radiology telling me they’re not contacted with my provider and changed my appointment to Rolling Oaks today, I walked in uncertain if my test was going to be done. The staff at the front desk were courteous and confirmed I was in the right place. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional gave me very clear instructions what to do and was also very courteous. I just loved their performance and quick service. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you Rolling Oaks!"

"My experience with the front desk staff at The Rolling Oaks Radiology in Thousand Oaks suite 415 was the best. I wish I asked for the name of the front desk person so I could give her a special shout out here. She did her job exceptionally well. The first thing I noticed was her jolly attitude. She was very pleasant, accommodating and above all else, professional. She just seem to enjoy her job at hand and always with a smile. I've gone to 3 different Rolling Oaks locations and usually I brace approaching the front desk staff because they're usually not friendly borderline rude, but this person made up for all the bad front desk receptionists in the past. I hope they commend her for a job well done and learn that it takes that kind of welcoming attitude to represent the company especially if they are the first people to greet us."
