"Took my suburban into Regal Car wash for a 9am appointment. They had it for 6 hours for a inside and outside detail. There is dirt in the wheel wells, dirty trim, one cup holder had glitter in it prior to the detail, and now there is glitter all over the inside of the vehicle, on door panels the dash. They missed the rear cup holder, the rear hatch trim is full of dirt still. Paid extra for dog hair to be removed yet there is dog hair all over still. As a former detailer this place is a joke. My girlfriend bought the detail Groupon as a Christmas gift and this is the quality we received, I have a dirty vehicle still and a sad and frustrated girlfriend. Avoid this place!"

Not only was the staff friendly and professional, but one of the owners was there and he made sure to come up and greet me personally. My truck feels brand new again! "I had my truck and my wife's car washed today. At first I was not happy with the job that was done but I went back and explained to the young man I wasn't pleased that my vehicles were still dirty. Without my asking he offered to rewash both vehicles and he did as he offered to do. I am very pleased with the service I received at Regal Car Wash, please give them your business."

"Bought my sister the full interior detailing package from Groupon for her birthday, her car was a total mess. They did a great job, looks like a new car! Took a little longer than the original estimate but they waived some fees. Highly recommend"

"For starters this place has horrible customer service. I called to book two appts for me and my husband, they didn’t listen and only booked one appt so now we have to drive an hour to come back for his and earliest available was a month from now. Then they said it would take 3 hours and they would call. At the 3 hour mark I called to check in and it was still another 2 hours till it would be done, if I would have known I would have gone home when I dropped it off. Then when I went to pick it up the actual detail job was horrible. The windshield still have bug guys on it (yes it’s hard to get off but that’s why I brought it to a professional), none of the seats were wiped, still had coffee stain dripping down the side of the council, left some of my personal items on the ground in the garage that I happened to notice and pick up myself, hair and dust in every corner, the list goes on. I am outraged with the service of this place. Had to pay extra for SUV cost, fine, but then please actually clean the back. Pictures attached for how terrible the whole service was. Oh by the way it gets worse, just got home and no floor mats in my car. Now I will have to drive all the way back to Hudson (1hr) to get them…"
