"We were traveling from Minnesota to Wisconsin, when 100 miles into our trip, the trailer brakes went out on our Grand Design Solitude 390RK-R. I called Veterans Truck & Trailer and spoke to Jeremy. They were unable to get us in for same day service, but he provided me numbers of other places to call and said if I have no luck to call them back. After calling 4 other shops, no one could get us in until next week. I called Jeremy back and he said they could squeeze us in first thing in the morning. My Secretary has done all the contact but the original quote last week was half of this weeks and was told it would be done by Friday and now its the weekend with no word of when things will be ready. They told us they were delayed as staff had Covid. And despite all new wiring and brake work they said it was only at 20% working capacity.
