"Love it but not as much as I use to bc its a clothing store for people in need. A place for poor people to buy decent clothes and the prices use to reflect that! They have raised their prices and even though they are cheaper the Goodwill, they are not cheap when you are poor @ $3 a t-shirt. It would be nice to have a place for the really poor people to be able to shop still in winona. Goodwill has very high prices for a place where everything is donated and used and isn't a place really poor people can easily go clothe shopping. Very thankful we have restored blessing in winona!!! Good prices and the unbeatable, unbelievable 15 cent sale on the 15th of every month!!! Thank you restored!"

"Its very helpful and they offer different assistance as well as having a food shelf which you can use once a month and also a thrift shop as well. The volunteers are friendly and helpful as well as the staff. I want to say a big thank you to miss. K down there she is a blessing to that place."

"Every single time I visit the food shelf the volunteers are very nice and helpful. It's obvious that they love what they're doing and their passion to help others is contagious. I love that they have plenty of healthy food. I wish there was more variety of meat."

"I used to volunteer their at the food shelf. You could NOT find people with bigger hearts or motivation in helping strangers, neighbors, any & everyone they can. As Volunteer Services also handles, family crisis, emergency situations families encounter every day. "Toys for Kids" at Christmas program! Everything you or your family and community is in need of..thru direct assistance, referrals, & every program that Winona has, they will do everything they can to help at a "Time when you at your worst, THEY are at their best!" I believe the guy I assisted, Al, had been volunteering since 1985 at WVS, all year, every year! Many others who all just keep this heart beating... These people that work selflessly, they are what makes, a house a home, are town into a community, and I cannot say enough that describes these people! Food, clothing, a smile when you cannot! If you want to see a true MIRACLE, stop by and lend a hand, donate, see a child smile as they at "Toys for Kids" hand them Christmas presents, Holiday meals, food, clothing, and families whose children are tomorrows Volunteers! I asked that guy I had the opportunity to meet, "Why did you do all that work for free, NO PAYCHECK or nothing?" He said "No, you don't understand, we volunteer, the people we help, are part of who I am, I made out like a bandit!" WVS, are the people here, the rest is just bricks, wood, and concrete!"
