"Went into this store, too look around & noticed how cold it was in this store. I know Minnesota state laws are 65 degrees in a workplace. It was at least 60 or below in this store. Which is not too appreciated with having 2 kids. I’m going to contact corporate about the regulations of the temperature. Mike & Alex were very helpful & friendly! You could tell they knew exactly what they are doing & knowledgeable on any questions I had. I know who & where I will be going for the rest of my vechiles parts. Excellent communication & customer service experience! They deserve a bonus & that’s an understatement of what they knew & were willing to help me with. It’s nice having such great customer service when going into a store, as not many places are that way! Those two clearly have a very strong work ethic & care about their customers!! Thank you to those two guys! They were awesome!!!!"
"We had the best experience here! My boyfriend and I were traveling Through to go to Nashville and had all our dash lights come on mid trip. We quickly came to the nearest auto zone and were greeted very kindly. We talked them through our situation, they ran the codes and brought in the mechanic the day of (it’s Sunday btw). He came within minutes and was able to get the job done within an hour of us getting there! All of the staff was very kind and professional and never tried to upsell us on anything!! What could have been a $500 expense was only $10. And the mechanic refused the tip that was offered. Overall a great experience!"
