"I've been shopping at Maurices for over 20 years now and I still love the clothes! Comfy, lots of sales (although the regular prices aren't extravagant), they wear well (jeans last longer than others I've purchased elsewhere, even as a plus size). It's always so hard to limit myself; not to keep looking at/wanting to buy more things. This particular store is always well stocked and the staff is friendly & helpful. It's always a treat to stop here :)"
"Staff is friendly and puts your clothes in changing room for you. Then comes back and asks if everything is OK. If you need a different size they will gladly get it for you. Very nice shopping experience"
"Attempted to make an online return and the associate asked if I was going to shop. I said I wasn't sure but would just like to make my return first. She argued with me and told me I had to shop first and then do my return and that's how they do it. I said that I'd like to make my return due to different payment methods and then shop. She processed my return and then told me because I paid with paypal online that I would have to accept a store credit and she couldn't refund my money. I have used Paypal with several retailers and have NEVER been told this."
"Went in to pickup jeans i ordered on line and noticed boots were 50% off. Saw a pair that I thought were cute, but the store didn't have them in my size. The associate ordered them online for me. Turned out they were on clearance! Score!!"
"Very good customer service, cute clothes, was in and out in a very short time. Not particularly a shopper, know what I am looking for, get it, gone. I looked, the sales lady hung it up in a fitting room (with my name on it) until I had all that I was looking for, and helped my picky self find it. Was refreshing."
