"Summit Ridge is a clean and safe community, relatively well-managed, but perhaps overly-managed. They have two nice swimming pools that were closed most of the summer of 2020 in some authoritarian exhibition to punish all for the misdeeds of a few. The parking situation is atrocious. Even parking within your trailer space is regulated to only your car. Guest spaces are limited and not for overnight. Don’t expect to receive an assigned parking space near your residence. Grandma won’t have anywhere to park when coming to visit. It’s a long hike to park outside of Summit Ridge and the surrounding neighborhood is less safe than inside of the park."
