"The hotel was very nice and I had no complaints. I checked out this morning and the receptionist smiled and said I'm all set. Now my card has been charged $250 TWICE! When I called to ask they said I was charged for smoking in the room. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM! There where countless people standing on the balcony outside smoking but I get charged $500 dollars when I just stayed at the room to sleep and shower during vacation. This is beyond ridiculous and I can't believe they let me check out without bringing it up at all. Very unprofessional and seems like a scam when they didn't say a word to me at checkout and THERE WAS NO SMOKING. I really hope the manager gets back to me."

"Booked this hotel based on the reviews but was disappointed big time. Not sure why other reviewers rated it so high. Here is how I would rate it. Room is okay but not cleaning is superficial. AC did not work as per temperature set. Too cold or too hot. You can hear high noise from rooms. Bulky dated furniture. Breakfast dining area is not very clean and properly organized. Food choices are limited and of poor quality. Finding this hotel is bit difficult at night. At best 3.5 start not more then that."
