"Went here for the first time a couple days ago. Was a great experience. Fast service. The gal their Angela I think her name was. Seemed to really know her stuff change a bolt and also replace my engine filter. As I really need a new one. Was still in and out fast will be going here moving forward great place great staff"

"I have been a customer for some time and it’s always been quick and easy with a very fair price. Unfortunately this time was different. They had two bays open but only had the personnel to complete one vehicle at a time. Not sure why one bay wasn’t shut down because it gave customers an inaccurate estimate of the waiting time as they went back and forth between the two vehicles. Nor did they explain this to the customers. Not sure why there were only 3 employees working. Probably scheduled people didn’t show but there were no explanations. That would have been helpful. In the past the service was fast 10 minutes max. This time it was over an hour. Better communication and given clearer expectations would have been very helpful."

"Very pleased with the time it took, however, I had called before I went to get some information and I had asked if there’s any deals since it’s significantly more than I normally pay and the gentleman on phone says yes, 25.00$ off any oil change. So I get there and they start on my vehicle and I proceeded to talk with the worker and he says oh no, there’s no coupon. I then told him I literally just called before I came and the man on the phone said they will give 25$ off when checking out and I said don’t I need a code or something the man told me no, they will just deduct it at checkout once again. Well the worker at the garage tells me no, that call just goes to our call center and they have no idea what they are talking about so we can’t give that discount. I was very disappointed cause I had no idea about any call center. I was under the assumption that I was calling the actual place where I was going to get the oil change. In other words, they lost a customer over a 25$ discount they wouldn’t give that I was specifically told I would get."

"Normally I have ok service (better than Walmart) but this past time I sent my girlfriend with my car for a basic oil change my cars mileage was past the amount required for a oil change and so was the date suggested. The sticker in my window was clear as day and my dashboard mile reader has never had an issues being it’s a newish car. The technician read everything checked the dipstick and sent my girlfriend home without an oil change. I can’t tell if the technician didn’t want to work or maybe wasn’t educated on my car model or maybe genuinely couldn’t tell my car needed an oil change. No mater the reason I found the whole situation very bizarre"

"Buck was GREAT as well as the manager, Matt. I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed. I bring my granddaughter with me and she knows that they will always offer her a juice and fruit snacks. Great environment to be in, always positive attitudes from all the staff. Never pressure me to do anything that isn’t needed, which is always appreciated."
