"Update: They have chosen to retaliate against me and are claiming I stole a blanket and has charged my bank card $100. I have proof (pictures and video) that the blanket was left in my room as I took a video of the entire room, as well as the blanket. I going to file a lawsuit and contact the BBB as well as file a police report. Room was dirty and in need of serious renovations. There’s a hole in the bathroom door, the chair is destroyed, the curtain bottoms were cut in a jagged and messy manner, the air conditioner is very loud and the heater worked sometimes and sometimes it didn’t. There are multiple holes in the walls that aren’t patched, my shower curtain rod is broken and crooked and the shower curtain was covered in mildew, so I had to switch it. There’s loads more but the worst, in the room are the bugs. They were all over the ceiling and various places in the room. There were also blood spots on the ceiling from people squishing them. The room was terrible, but the customer service is worse. Every time I asked a question I’d get different answers from every employee. It’s a long explanation… Every-time I made a request, they promised to handle it, but didn’t. I was called a liar by a male staff multiple times. I was given attitude from the same male staff that called me a liar multiple times, and told me that I should not be asking about the parking at 2:30am even though they have a 24-hour front desk. This man called me a liar and said I signed some paper about the parking when I checked in so I should already know about the parking. I never signed a paper. He did not check me in. Then, a woman came to the lobby and apologized after I was persistent. I was supposed to stay for 3 weeks and I was told that I’d have to move rooms, maybe, and after trying for 3 days to clarify and getting five different answers, including being told not to bring all of my items in because I’d need to move rooms, I was very confused. Then I spoke to a man and he, after I pressed for a clear answer, he told me that I’d have to move in 2 weeks. I told him that I did not want to change rooms and, if that was the case I’d cancel my next 2 weeks of reservations. He changed his tune really quickly stating that if I allow them to clean my room, I don’t have to move. I told him that I would need my room cleaned once a week and he then called me a liar and said that I told someone else that I didn’t want any service. Actually, I was trying to be nice because it is so chaotic here and tell them I didn’t need daily service and that I work late so I’d like to not be bothered. The last horrible thing is the parking garage. It is extremely tight parking and there are too few spaces because some take up 2 spaces. There are, at least, 3 employees who live here and they all park their big cars and take up spots that should be reserved for guests. I had to park on the street one night after pulling into the parking garage, seeing 2 of them parked, sitting in a car. In my opinion, guests should get first parking and employees should not take up almost half of the spaces. I stead of being given hospitality, I was treated rudely for no reason, multiple times by a certain make staff. I cancelled 2 weeks of reservations and got out of there as soon as I could. If you were taken advantage of by this motel, please email me at caligirl121075 at yahoo. I’m taking legal action against them and need witnesses that had bad experiences like mine. Thank you."
"This was by far the most terrible hotel I’ve seen, and service provided. When we walked into the room we immediately noticed there were only 2 pillows on the bed, there was NO comforter, only a fitted sheet on the best with a brown velvet blanket at the bottom of the bed. The side of the exposed box spring had drip stains all down the side of it. In the “closet area” there was a bad water stain on the ceiling with BLACK MOLD on it. We decided we did not feel comfortable staying in the room and went back to the frost desk to ask for a refund. We were very polite, didn’t even give any specific details about the why we didn’t like to room, just simply told them that the rooms were “not to the standard of what the pictures online depicted”. She said that she was unable to give us a refund right there, but we could call the next day and ask for it. When I asked her for her name she blew up and started yelling saying that it was not her fault that we didn’t like the rooms, and that it was their policy to not be able to issue a refund without the manager. She blew it way out of proportion because she didn’t want to tell us her name."
"Terrible. We viewed the place online. It was nothing like what was online. Stains, on the box spring. I'm talking large brown and black one. One large brown blanket on the bed with one fitted sheet. Nothing else. Water damage and mold on the ceiling. Dirt, grime. We decided it was not going to work for us. We went down and said we would like a refund. The person at the desk asked why. We said politely it was not up to the standards we were expecting. She got very upset. She said the room was the best they had. When we asked her name she refused. She said she could not process our refund and the manager would call. Still no call. False advertising. Disgusting rooms. Horrible service."
"I slept in my clothes because I was afraid of what might happen if my skin actually touched the sheets on the bed (we had our own pillows). This hotel was disgustingly dirty and reminded me of a place that would be rented by the hour. I was leery about the $80 being much cheaper that other hotels in the area. You get what you pay for. Buyer beware."
"This hotel wasn't even worth 1 star. Aside from the fact that we had flies, cockroaches and stained sheets...we also had no hot water. The staff was incredibly rude and when we left a night early because of unhygienic state of the room they refused a refund for the issues and stated "everything is final" and did not seem to care about the issues at hand. They did nothing to rectify the situation or make it better in any way. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Our friends had the same issue in their room with flies, no heat or hot water and the bedsheets had stains on them. The maintenance was non-existent and the parking situation was not secure but also a very VERY tight squeeze. Needless to say... we had a very awful experience. We do not recommend and we will not be returning."
