"I walked in for hair cut today and really disappointed. They did a great Job at first time, and it was my 2nd time today but I am in really disappointed with my hairstyle they made. Even I can cut my hair by myself better than they do today ! I think they should get better themselves.I was trying t explain my hairstyle the last time I did, but hairstylists just said We know your style and He/She Just make my hairstyle even worse than that I had before. They should need more training."

"Was ok. I walked in and jumped ahead of the roster because no one was there yet but I received a below average hair cut. One side was blended well and the other side not so much. Had to trim quite a few long hairs when I got back to my hotel room. The stylist cut my hair dry and didn’t even check for stragglers. All the staff seemed pretty friendly though."

"This was my second time here, and the first time was much better than the second, which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 1. I was assigned the lady with blue hair, and she proceeded criticize the condition of my hair, asking if I was a swimmer because apparently it was “difficult” to comb. I brushed it immediately before entering the shop to make things easy for the stylist, but she soaked my hair with water and used the tiniest fine tooth comb I’d ever seen, and spent a good 20 minutes brushing out hair that had already been brushed. Not everyone has the same hair type, and some fine hair types just don’t do well with brushing while wet. She made 3/4 of my hair soaking wet, and left the last 1/4 dry. Didn’t even ask if I wanted a blow dry even though it was freezing outside. She seemed incompetent and lazy to me, and I left with ridiculous looking hair since it was half wet half dry. The first woman I had was much better. I wish you could request certain people before coming in for a cut. I wouldn’t want to risk getting her again."

"I followed my hair stylist from the East Towne Great Clips that closed. Jess always gives an extremely professional haircut. She is amazing and natural with my kids. Honestly all of the stylists are excellent, you can't go wrong."

"Very professional and friendly service. I liked how they weren’t pushy when it came to selling hair care products, and how they listened to what I wanted and did a good job. Not overly chatty or loud. Just overall a nice experience for a simple haircut. Clean salon too."
