"Update: they got in touch with me the same day as I left the review to set up a time to have me come in to redo my nails. They were very kind and thought that maybe there was a defect with the polish. Last photo is the redo and I’m happy with it. I’ve been here a couple times before and really liked it. This last time was just ok. The woman who did my nails was very nice but the finished product was not so great. Looks like I have 2 weeks out grow out and I just got them done 2 days ago."
