"I been living in this community for 13 years. Recently they changed the ownership of the community and we ended up getting a new management and new staff. For some reason, I could not see eye to eye with new management and I got to the point that I decided once the lease was up I was out. Then Yolanda the new manager came into the picture and everything got back to normal the same way it was or even better. truly provides a 1st class experience coming from a nightmare of a situation, Yolanda and her staff made it so easy. Not forgetting Armando the maintenance manager and his staff. Armando is one of the best maintenance workers I came across during my stay in this community, he’s so friendly professional, and on top of everything. a big shout-out to both of them, we are so grateful to have them in this community."
"We went through the same thing all the other residents went through upon moving out. Living in the 2bd/2bath apartment home was good for two years. The surrounding area within the apartment was bad (hallway stains, poop, vomit, everywhere).They’re charging us for carpet repair, countertops, 1k to paint/cabinet/ material/labor (which in fact was already yellow when we moved in). Do not move here. They will take all your money when you move out, when it exceeds their “wear and tear.” We were told that wear and tear was normal, and that our inspection sheet didn’t need to have every little detail, just major ones per Dan. They will take advantage of the situation and you will have no control. Our dog doesn’t pee in the apartment and yet we are being charged 1,200~ for it. Our countertops 5.8k and bathroom sink 850 for a water mark stain. Countertops are perfectly fine. They will take your money and remodel the apartment using your money. The other reviews are TRUE. They will disregard everything. You have been warned. Photos of my move out day.. Our apartment was in good livable conditions and yet we are being charged thousands of $$$$$."
"Please read before signing a lease - Important suggestions to possibly save some of your deposit on move-out and set expectations so you aren't blind sided. Complex is great, apartments are very nice, no complaints actually living there but before you sign a lease take note of info below. All of this is based on 1bed/1bath. There is a $190.00 charge for repainting the interior of the cabinets which is done after every move-out (cannot be negotiated). Ask them for their services list and use their cleaning service to meet their standards before final inspection, ($180.00), I recommend not hiring an outside cleaning service. They will charge for a partial painting of apartment (even If its general wear and tear, for me, it was doors and door frames). Cost of Paint, Labor + Taxes (319.91) Have the maintenance Manager, not the officer manager/officer staff do the initial move in inspection & move out inspection. Take pictures of everything when you do the move-in inspection with them so you have references to compare on items they might deem as needing repair (there pictures will be on the final inspection report) upon move out. During move-in inspection make sure to have the inspector pull a corner of the carpet up and take a picture of it. The inspector will pull a corner up (ask to pull same corner as they did at move-in inspection) at move-out inspection and potentially charging you for carpet cleaning. Having the picture could help you prove there is no change in condition and save you $95.00. Don't forget you will pay the utility charges when your lease is closing (this is normal). My deposit was $1000.00. After all charges my refund was $16.26. I would of given them 5 stars If there was transparency communicated by management regarding their final move-out charges and expectations. Good luck."
