"What a great music store. Tom, Clark (I believe that was the techs name) and the rest of the crew couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They have an awesome selection bass guitars with some great brands beyond the normal (Lakland, Reverend and Warwick!) and phenomenal prices. They also had a great selection of electric and acoustic guitars, ukes, drums, pedals. Everything a musician could want!! Seriously, check them out."

"This place is great if you are spending big bucks. If you are looking for customer service bring your checkbook that's all that "Tom" cares about and clean it up!! you have a Martin acoustic laying on the floor on in a traffic lane!! I checked the tag it was in for repair. If I dropped off a Martin and found it on the floor like trash I would be furious. I'm sure some folks have had good experiences but I have been here a bunch of times and I am not going back. Hey "Tom" clean your bathrooms!"
