"Bought their cheapest bottle jack for ~$34 and ended up using a 2x4 so we didn't need it. They only had one left that was tapped closed with clear duct tape. Upon return they obviously had to open it to make sure everything was there when the associate noticed it had obviously been used because the paint was all chipped off. There was no issue returning it which was nice but the moral of the story is, they, like many retailers sell used items as new. Make sure you check their items and maybe pass on ones that have been taped closed, even if it's their last one."
