"Horrible customer service. Every single time I go there, I’m waiting at least 10 min for the staff to come up to the front to help me or other customers! Like today, me & another customer in front of me were walking around the whole store looking for staff, yelling for them, & 10 min later, 2 of the staff came walking up from the back. If it’s not this, it’s always their outside smoking when customers are in the store. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if you ask me!!! Something needs to change about this place! It is very frustrating!"

"Every time I go there, it's always a mess or there is storage carts in the aisles. The pet aisle, cat section, is barely stock unlike the dog section. The staff is very friendly, but the store is a little bit mess in certain areas."

"They have a lot of basic things at decent prices. The downside to this store is the challenges they have with merchandising. They have so many goods spread across the whole store. You have to walk down every aisle if you are looking for something simple like paper towels."

"The best thing is they have a decent variety of products, many are the big name brands & ample parking...the building itself is in poor condition with holes in the flooring...I've been there several times (different days & times) and there's always stuff in the aisles and messy shelves...the last time there, another customer & I had to wait till the cashier finished her cigarette out in the parking lot, I walked past her on my way in, so she knew for sure there was at least one customer inside...there's another dollar discount store in town that is always clean, the employees are always pleasant & often busy, their downside is few major brands. DG needs to clean up their act, literally."
