"Location is by the beach but there is a road in front of the hotel. Room is spacious and well-equipped. Our stay was marred by a serious sewage water leak in the toilet ceiling. We had to change room late in the night. Security guy was helpful as there was no personnel at reception at that hour."

"GORGEOUS!!! We had a room that was oceanside, and it had a very nice porch to watch the sunset on. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and both rooms were very nice and each had its own bathroom. There were lots of things to do, including a pool, a big game room, a gym and much more! #resort #beachside #oceanside #luxury #activities"

"Overall totally fine place to stay. My room smelled funny, sheets were really low thread count, there was only overly stuffed pillows on the bed, unfortunately I use a thin pillow and had a hard time sleeping because of it. Somehow they found TVs that are not smart TVs and only had cable. Room service didn’t come to refresh my one serving of coffee they gave the room at the start of the stay. Just a bunch of little stuff that adds up to a very mediocre stay."

"This is my 3 time staying at this timeshare. The location is just perfect That’s the best part. The room I stayed in was the worst room I’ve stayed in with an exchange company. I exchanged through Dex. The furniture is as old as the building. I would never stay here until something is done with updating the inside. Of course they don’t tell you that they are working on other parts of this building which is 3 separate buildings. I will tolerate some things but not my safety. I was in what they call phase one. My suite was not stable. An engineer should come and check this place out. If an earthquake would come this decorous be the first to crack. If you must stay here don’t stay in phase one."

"Outdated rooms. Our tv’s didn’t work. We had a lovely view of the ocean if we could get out easier as the door was stuck. No iron. Just an ironing board and the phone to call the front desk was basically decorative because that didn’t work either. Friendly staff. Full kitchen. The walls are bare and could use some paintings in the front room. Nice hot tub area. Never even found an ice machine or a place to grab snacks. If you stay here, go to the store and stock your pantry and fridge. No food provided here. Nice young staff. But it all seemed like one trouble after another. :("
