"I wanted to give this a good review. The room was quiet, had blackout curtains, was small but comfortable initially... The location was also pretty good close to the mall and I booked last minute on my way into California for the grandpa's 92nd Bday... That being said, the TV required a code to watch any channel and when I called the front desk to ask for the code they said they didn't know or the channel was probably not one they had available, but I mean it was literally prompting for a code for every channel. So, I just tried a couple of codes... it's 1234 Not super complex but there you go if anyone else has the same issue. But the real reason it gets a 1 is that we had bed bugs. I got a number of bites on my legs and my fiance did too and have been itching quite a bit since staying. The only time I didn't have pants on was during the stay while sleeping, and most of the bites are on my legs..."
